  • How do I order flowers?

    For any à la carte orders, bouquets, arrangements, or other special ideas you might want to bring to life, you can dm us on IG @bloomz.stems, email us, or fill out one of the contact us forms on this site.

    Please mention the delivery date, occasion, and style or palette you would like.

    Delivering à la carte only in Fort Lauderdale. weston, sunrise, plantation, davie. (Extended range for wedding/event-related orders)

    Our bestseller (~20-stem) bouquets range from $70 to $90.

    25-35 stems start at $100.

    Specialty wedding bouquets start at $200.

  • How do deliveries work?

    For bridal and custom orders, we coordinate delivery based on your event date to ensure everything arrives on time for the big day.

    As a small business, we currently operate with limited delivery days. As we grow, we hope to expand our delivery schedule and service areas.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for events and peak seasons. Availability is limited and dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

    If you are booking a custom order please book with 2-4 weeks in advance.

    For à la carte orders of one or two pieces (bouquets or arrangements), please book at least 5 days in advance.

    We are currently a small business and have limited delivery schedules. As we expand we aim to provide more flexibility and delivery areas.

  • When will my order be made?

    As a small floral studio, we batch fulfill orders weekly. Your flowers are designed and processed fresh specifically for your scheduled delivery, so they’re at their peak when they arrive. We don’t make arrangements far in advance or let them sit waiting for delivery — everything is created with freshness and quality in mind.

  • How long will my flowers last?

    We use fresh, high-quality flowers and follow proper handling practices to give each arrangement the best possible start. Flower longevity varies depending on the types of blooms, seasonal availability, temperature, and home care. To extend the life of your flowers, place them in clean water, trim stems every few days, keep them in a cool area away from direct sunlight or heat, and remove any blooms that naturally fade. Proper care helps your flowers look their best for as long as possible.

  • Do you offer refunds or accept returns?

    Because flowers are a perishable product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order upon pickup or delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • How are Bloomz arrangements designed?

    All Bloomz arrangements are made fresh to order and inspired by what’s blooming at the flower market that day. Because we work seasonally and intuitively, each design is one of a kind and may include a delightful element of surprise. This flexibility allows us to use unique, beautiful blooms at their peak.

  • Can I choose specific flowers or colors?

    Specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed, as availability changes daily; however, we will do our best to bring your vision to life and create a beautiful, satisfying floral bouquet.

  • Will my arrangement look exactly like the photos?

    Our photos reflect our overall style and recent work, but no two arrangements are ever identical. Each bouquet is uniquely designed based on seasonal availability and creative direction on the day of your order.

  • What types of flowers do you typically use?

    Our arrangements may include a mix of seasonal flowers such as roses, ranunculus, tulips, lisianthus, snapdragons, and curated greenery, depending on availability. We prioritize freshness, quality, and visual interest.

  • Are Bloomz arrangements pet-friendly?

    While many flowers are safe, some commonly used blooms can be toxic to cats and dogs if ingested. Bloomz is not responsible for pets that may come into contact with or consume floral arrangements. As fellow animal lovers, we encourage placing bouquets in a safe, elevated area away from curious paws to help keep everyone safe.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my order or event?

    For a la carte orders, cancellations must be made 4 days before your delivery date, before 10 pm, for a refund.

    For custom events and weddings, please follow the discussed timeline and deposit information.
